Foster Animals
Tri-Valley Animal Rescue rescues animals at risk of euthanasia from animal shelters. We do not currently take in owner-surrender animals. The animals are evaluated for temperament, given necessary vaccinations, spayed or neutered and placed in foster homes. We do not have a central facility to house animals. Foster homes establish feeding and exercise routines based on each animal’s personality and needs.
Most animals listed on our web page are in foster homes. Contact the listed foster family for more information.
Shelter Animals
This website also lists animals held at East County Animal Shelter. These animals arrive at the shelter as strays or are owner-surrendered. They are listed on our web page after expiration of any holding period or other adoption restrictions and will have "ECAS" by their name.
NOT ALL ANIMALS AT THE SHELTER ARE LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE
All shelter animals are located at 4595 Gleason Drive, in Dublin. Map to the Shelter
